Is it really free to post a job?
Yes — posting a job is 100% free for homeowners and businesses. You never pay anything to browse workers, receive quotes, or communicate through the platform. You only pay the agreed job price to the worker when the work is complete.
What happens if the worker does not show up?
Because payments are held in escrow, you are never out of pocket if a worker fails to show up. Your funds are only released when you approve the completed work. If a worker is unreliable, you can cancel and the escrow is refunded.
How quickly will I receive quotes after posting a job?
Most jobs receive their first quote within a few hours. Emergency or high-urgency jobs typically attract quotes within 30 minutes. You can compare all quotes, read profiles, and message workers before deciding who to hire.
